I met with a sweet, sweet family in the adorable little town of Mesilla, New Mexico! I love when clients ask me to travel to a fun new location and Mesilla made for a beautiful backdrop. I arrived a little early to scout the area and met with some of the fabulous vendors and artists working the market. From jewelry, to custom lanterns... beautiful artwork and a man who sold herbs and essential oils. It was incredible chatting with them and learning a little more about their story.
When the Guevara family arrived we wandered the lovely Mesilla Square and captured some sweet moments between them. The weather was mild and a little chilly.and windy, which is something you must become accustomed to when living in El Paso! But we made the best of the weather and caught some lovely memories for them to treasure for years to come.
After our visit in town we traveled over to the Mesilla Valley Bosque State park. Even in the winter chill the view of the mountains and dormant gardens were lovely.
Their littlest Jace reminded me so much of my own little curly headed son! He is so adorable! He was curious of all that was around him, Julius and Lea were spunky and fun 7 year olds! I giggled at Julius's cool guy poses and loved Lea's twirling! They are too much cute! I loved having the chance to whisk Robert and Jessica away for a couple of sweet lovey moments between them! Family is important to the Guevara family and I know they're going to enjoy a beautiful life together as one big happy family.
